摘要 本文汇总研究了一百多种异形纤维截面,归纳出决定异形截面形态的三大互不相关的特征。在对近50种典型截面反复试算的基础上,制订了表示纤维异形程度的一组三方面四个指标:1.凸叶高变D;2.椭圆度T;3.截面折曲角θ;4.空隙率K。各类异形纤维实际所需要的指标数不大于4,如圆中空纤维只需空隙率一个指标。实验证明,这组指标的物理概念明确、数值分布合理,同时还能满足灵敏度和稳定性两方面的要求。这组指标可确定出统计平均意义下的纤维截面形态。 In this paper,more than one hundred kinds of the profiled fibres have been studied,andthree characteristics to determine their profiled cross-section morphorlogy which are notcorrelated with each other have been deduced.After repeatedly considering fifty kinds of thefibres,four parameters which are used to express the characteristics of the profiled fibrecross-section have been determined:1.average length of leaves D;2.ellipticity;3.bucklingangle of the cross-section;4.space percentage of cross-section K.Actually,many profiledfibres don't need all of these,parameters to characterize,e.g.for round hollow fibre onlyone parameter is required,which represents the space percentage of the cross-section.Alarge amount of experiments have proved that the physical conceptions of these parametersare clear and definite,that the numerical distribution is reasonable,and that high sensitivityand stability have been obtained simultaneously.They can define the statistical mean cross-section of fibres.
