Effective Pressure Difference Problem Research for Dual Pressure Condenser

高、低压凝汽器建立有效压差是双背压凝汽器具有经济优势的关键所在。分析计算了某600MW双背压凝汽器在不同运行条件下的有效压差,可供同类型机组参考。根据国内部分双背压凝汽器实际运行状态,发现实际运行中高、低压凝汽器压差偏小是普遍存在又常被忽略的问题,对机组经济运行造成很大损害。需要提高对双背压凝汽器建立有效压差问题的重视,采取合理措施保证双背压凝汽器经济运行。

Establishment of the effective pressure difference of the high/low condenser is the critical point of the economic advantage for dual pressure condenser. This paper analyses the effective pressure difference of a 600MW unit condenser under different working conditions, and it has reference value for the same type unit. The effective pressure difference is small and this situation is widespread and is often overlooked in the domestic dual pressure condensers. This situation causes great damage on unit economic operation. Establishment of the effective pressure difference for dual pressure condenser should be taken seriously, and effective measures should be taken to ensure economic operation of dual pressure condenser.
