产业用纺织纤维的结节强力

Knot Strength and Fatigue Properties of Technical Textile Fibres

本文对目前产业用纺织品中常用的五种纤维材料,七个规格股线的结节强力进行了测试和讨论。实测结果表明,节结强力损失率不仅决定于纤维的断裂伸长率,而且与纤维的拉伸曲线形式和试样的直径及股线的捻系数有关。强力损失率范围为2.7～58.14%,断裂功损失率范围为16.3～78.76%,其中丙纶纤维材料的结节损失率最小。

In this paper,the knot strength of several fibres and blended yarn which have been usedfor industrial purposes nowadays were tested and investigated.The results of experimentshowed that the strength loss of knot strength does not only depend on the shape of the fibreload extensive curve,but also the breaking elongation and the diameter of sample.
