摘要
通过分析稳定状态下库存水平的状态转移,建立了基于库存稳态概率的可修备件的多点转运库存模型,并运用启发式方法对模型进行求解。在此基础上,提出了以服务水平为约束,寻求各点的最优库存量使得系统总成本最小的目标函数,通过仿真和实例对模型的正确性进行了验证。验证结果表明:该模型得到的优化方案能够在达到装备保障性指标的情况下,节省大量的库存费用,对于完善备件库存理论具有重要意义,为制定合理的备件优化方案提供决策依据。
The lateral supply management is an effective approach to improving equipment support. For this purpose, a multi-location inventory model is established based on the steady-state probability of lateral transshipment of repairable spare part. The use of the heuristic algorithm for the model is to find an optimal inventory at each location under the constraints of service level. And the correctness of the model is verified by simulation as well as examples. The result demonstrates that the optimal scheme obtained from the model can not only meet the target of equipment support but also save a large amount of inventory cost. This will be of great significance to the perfection of inventory theory and of much help to the decision-making of a reasonable optimization project.
