A new method for evaluating measures of improvement of vessel equipment maintenance support system

从有利于发挥组合优势的角度,提出了一种针对舰艇装备维修保障改进措施的新评价方法,给出了改进措施的组合优势指数的定义和计算公式,设计了基础数据的存储数表,给出了组合优势指数的基于基础数据矩阵的计算方法。算例表明:该方法具有实际意义和应用价值。

Effective maintenance support is essential to the improvement of the efficiency of vessel equipment. From the prospective of combinatorial advantage, a new method is proposed for evaluating the measures of improvement of the vessel equipment maintenance support system. The method refers to the definition and calculation formula of combinatorial advantage index for the measures of improve- ment, the design of a basic data storage table and the combinatorial advantage index calculation method based on the data matrix. Finally, the numerical example used proves that the method is of practical significance and application value to the maintenance and support of vessel equipment.
