摘要
在传统主成分分析方法的基础上,以作战效能为目标、以评定目标为导向,对某水下航行器总体方案决策问题进行了研究,分析了影响因素与决策目标以及影响因素之间的关系,并对指标进行标准化处理,提高了评定的可信性。评定结果与传统方法评定结果一致,证实了该方法的有效性。同时,从得到的主成分数学表达式的系数正负符号分析可知,相对于传统方法本文方法更准确地反映了方案的真实情况,表明了其合理性。
A decision-making method of underwater vehicle overall schemes is presented based on the principle component analysis (PCA). The method is orientated towards evaluation and aimed at combat effectiveness, with the relations between the aim and factors and among factors taken into account. The result of evaluation is consistent with that of traditional PCA. Through the analysis of the factors' coefficients obtained from the principal component mathematic expression, this method can reflect the feasibility of the schemes more accurately than the traditional method.
