摘要
当前中职学校的"送教下乡"工作存在专业课程与农民生产经营活动结合不紧,课程内容抽象,教学方式程式化,教学的延续效应差,教学时间不灵活,组织管理松散等问题。应建立健全以各级政府为主导、以职业院校为依托、各部门联动配合,以农为本、分类施教,专业因农而设、课程因需而变,强化师资、创新教学,加强监管、确保实效的农村职业教育人才培养机制,推进"送教下乡"工作健康有序发展。
Problems exist in the vocational schools providing education to the countryside such as vocational courses unrelated to peasants' production and business management, teaching content too abstract, teaching methods traditional and mechanical, time table rigid, organization loose, and so on. The paper suggests that a rural vocational talent training mechanism should be established under the guidance of the governments at various levels, with vocational schools as epicenter, with the collaboration of various departments and agencies, with agriculture as a center in the syllabus design and course development and using channeled teaching, by strengthening teaching training and supervision of teaching quality.
