论高校学生工作的“是”与“应当”问题

“Is/Ought Gap”on College Student Affairs

"是"与"应当"的问题是伦理学的基础问题,高校学生工作的"是"与"应当"问题则主要表现为如何以正确的价值导向促使高校学生工作实现自我本质的问题。高校学生工作要体现大学精神并以培养全面发展的大学生为目标,但主要阻碍在于面对理想与现实、权利和责任的矛盾冲突,失去了对自身的准确定位。为此,高校学生工作需以批判精神为基础,奠定自身本质的根基,在具体方案和根本目标之间寻求统一的合理性,并坚持以大学精神为导向指引本质的自我实现。

＂Is/ought gap＂ is the basic problem of ethics. In the college students affairs, ＂Is/ought gap＂ become the problem of that how to improve college student affairs self-realization by correct value orientation. College student affairs, as the embodiment of college spirit established its nature, with the purpose of personnel training and overall development of college students. But the main obstacles is that lost the core target, while facing the conflict of ideal and reality, rights and responsibility. Its self-realization should be established an clear target ,formulated specific implementation based on the critical spirit.
