网络课程建设应贯彻以人为本的理念,即体现学生的学习需求,制定科学的网络课程目标和明确的教学目标,实现课程内容的先进性和教学内容的情境化,设计人性化课程系统和多样化学习环境。

This paper describes the importance of network courses in teaching and analyses how to improve the quality of network courses by implementing the idea of ＂people-oriented.＂ It also explores the network courses from different aspects, such as understanding the needs of students, determining the goals of network courses, organizing the content of NC, designing the system of NC and building the learning environment of NC.
