摘要
应用型地方本科院校专业建设过程中应充分体现地方性、应用性,注重培养学生实践能力,同时要融入地方经济发展,实现为地方社会经济发展服务。目前池州学院土地资源管理专业建设存在基础比较薄弱,课程体系没有体现自身特色,尚未搭建科研平台等问题,可通过构建"平台+模块+基地"应用型人才培养模式,打造应用型特色课程体系,强化"双师"师资队伍建设,加大教学科研力度,建立教学、科研、生产三结合基地以及充分利用校内相关专业资源等方式促进土地资源管理专业建设。
Local Application-oriented colleges should fully embody the local characteristics and practicality, stress on the students＇ practical skills in the process of specialty construction, and provide services for the local social and economic development. Taking Chizhou College as an example, the author described the background of its land resources management specialty construction, and analyzed the current problems such as lack of specialty characteristics in the curriculum system as well as shortage of research platform. The author put forward the counter-measures of setting up an applied talent training mode of ＂platform＋modules＋bases＂, constructing an application-characteristic curriculum system, strengthening faculty, enhancing the input in teaching and research, building a base integrating production, teaching and research, re-allocating the intramural resources, etc.
