海洋石油161外输滚筒旋转接头软连接装置设计应用

Design and Application in the Offloading Reel Drum Soft Connection Rotary Joint on Haiyang Shiyou 161

针对海洋石油161外输滚筒存在对中精度不够,影响旋转接头寿命,并存在原油泄漏等问题,设计旋转接头软连接装置。该装置有效地降低了外输滚筒旋转法兰的对中精度要求,同时降低外输滚筒制造成本,并有效地降低了法兰偏心、管道应力及振动对旋转接头的影响,延长了旋转接头寿命,增加了整套系统的操作安全性能。

Aiming at the problems of misalignment of rotary on the offloading reel drum of Haiyang Shiyou 161, reducing the life of the rotary and operation safety for the system. A set of devices including the rubber hose connector, rotating fork and elas- tic support on the offloading reel drum was designed. The device can reduce the accuracy requirement of reel drum rotary flange, save the manufacturing costs for the offloading system, effectively lower the flange deviating and the effect on the rotary joint from piping stress and vibration, so as to extend the life of the rotary joint, and increase the operation safety for the system.
