摘要
本文探讨了适合于超滤处理纺织厂上浆废液的改性聚丙烯腈膜的铸膜条件以及铸膜条件与结构和性能的关系。由改性聚丙烯腈膜组装成的超滤装置,用于上浆废液的超滤处理,PVA 和CMC 的回收率可达90%以上,排出水基本符合排放标准。
In this paper,molding conditions are discussed for modified polyacrylonitril(PAN)membra-ne which are employed to ultrafiltrate waste water of sizing in textile mill,and relationshipbetween the structure and properties of PAN membranes.When ultra-filtration unit ofwater of sizing is composed of PAN membranes,PVA and CMC rejections can reach over90%,and the discharge water can conform to drain standard.
