房柱法采场矿柱数的数值模拟优化 被引量:1

摘要 山东烟台鑫泰黄金矿业有限责任公司东刘家矿区矿体倾角0°~22°,平均厚度4.17m,属于二长花岗岩型矿床,采用铲运机出矿的房柱空场嗣后充填法开采。设计采场面积2400m^2,内有3m×3m矿柱14个,采场内矿柱太多给生产造成困难。经优化后,矿柱降至4个,直径增大至5m。结果表明:矿柱的减少增大了采场作业面积,有利于采场内矿石运输,且圆形支柱比方形更优,给以后采场顶板形成拱形提供便利条件。 The dip angle of Liujia mining orebody of Shangdong province Xintal gold mining is 0° 22° and the average thickness is 4. 17 meters. The liujia mining orebody is belongs to the Monzonitic granite type deposits, so, the room and pillar open stope filling later method is adopted by using the scraper. The stope area is 400 square meters an has 14 pillars. Due to number of the pillar is too much, so it makes the mine production more difficult. Through numerical simulation optimization, the number of pillar reduce to 4, the diameter of pillar increased to 5 meters. The research results indicated that, re- ducing the number of pillar is good for increasing the stope operation area, and good to the ore transporta- tion in the stope. In addition, according to the experimental results, the round supporting mechanics is better than the square one, witch provide convenient conditions for forming the arch stope roof.
