摘要
本文提出用倍捻机将高强低伸涤纶长丝缝纫线络在铝合金筒管上进行筒染,本工艺简单,效果理想。文章还通过X 射线、红外光谱等仪器分析,探讨了热定形条件、染色助剂、混合稀土对缝纫线染色质量的影响,并就如何保证染色产品质量提出了建议。
The article introduces a new process in which PET filaments used as sewing thread withhgih tenacity and low elongation is wound on alumnium bobbins on two-for-one twister andsubjected to package dyeing.The process is simplicd and its result is satisfactory.On thbasis of the successful test results,the theoritical analysis indicates that the new process isfeasible.The article also investigates and discttsses the effects of heat setting condition,dyeing assistants and rare earth element mixer on the quality of the sewing thread by x-rayand IR spectrum and makes some suggestions to guarantee the quality of the dyed products.
