层次分析法在引江济汉工程渠线比选中的应用

摘要 在引调水工程中,渠线的选择涉及到自然地理地质条件、经济效益、社会效益及对工程区环境的影响等诸多因素,而且各种因素互相关联,常规的定性分析方法难于进行度量,给渠线的选择带来了相当的难度。从多条比较线路中选择一条最优渠线,使投入产出比最小化,是一个复杂的系统工程。层次分析法可以对众多因素进行定量分析,将复杂的问题简单化,分析结果更为客观,是一种实用性较强的多目标决策方法,在渠线选择中能得到较好的应用,特别是对于大型的跨流域调水工程来说,更是如此。 In the water transfer project, the choice of the drainage line involves various factors including physical geographical and geological conditions, economic and social benefits, and environmental impact of the engineering area, etc, moreover, these factors associates with each other. Therefore, the conventional qualitative analysis method does not work well in measuring, which brings a difficulty in choosing the drainage line. It is a complex systemic project that selects an optimal drainage lines from multiple comparison lines, and minimizes input-output ratio. Analytic Hierarchy Process is used to carry out quantitative analysis on many factors, simplifies the complex issues, and obtains a more objective analy sis results,which is a practical multi-objective decision-making method, applied well in the drainage line selection,especially in the large-scale inter-basin water transfer project.
