On the Party's Educational Policy

教育方针具有主体性、历史性、目的性和指导性特征。依据教育方针的特征,党的教育方针历经变迁,始终是党的教育意志与愿意的理性表达,始终坚持了"两个必须"的指导思想和正确的人才培养目标。积极回应在理解党的教育方针上的不同观点,正确把握党的教育方针精神实质,才能推进党的人才培养目标落到实处,取得实效。

Educational policy has dominating,historic ,purposeful and guiding characteristics. According to those characteristics,our party＇s educational policy,though experiencing some changes,is always a rational expression of the party＇s educational will and goal,and has always been adhering to the guiding ideology of the ＂two must＂ and the right talent training goals. Only with a positive attitude towards different understanding of the party＇s educational policy and correctly grasping the essence of the party＇s educational policy,can we achieve the talent training goals and the expected effects.
