摘要
文章对教工党支部保障体系的内涵进行定义,并分析了当前教工党支部保障体系建设的现状,提出教工党支部保障体系建设的必要性、重要性以及构建的目标,从实践和思想两个方面分析了教工党支部保障体系构建的策略。
This paper first of all defined the content of the guarantee system of the Party branch construction of college staff and then analysed the current situation. The necessity and the importance of the guarantee system and the goal of construction are also discussed. After that,the author analyzed,from both practice and theory ,the construction strategy of the guarantee system of the Party branch of college staff.
