摘要
在大学的诸多任务中,培养创新型人才是其首要任务,从目前情况来看,管理体制和运行机制是影响创新人才成长的根本性因素。在创新人才成长过程中,后资助模式、教学与科研的不平衡、评价机制的急功近利、灌输式的教学方法均不利于创新人才的成长。要改革现行的管理体制机制,通过强化对大学办学质量的监控、改革科研评价机制、改革选拔机制、推行国际化战略、实施协同创新战略等措施,加快创新人才的培养。
Among many tasks of universities,fostering creative talents is the primary one.Currently,the management system and operation mechanism are the fundamental factors that influence the growth of the creative talents.In the process of cultivating talented persons,such obstacles as the current funding model,imbalance of teaching and research,evaluation system seeking quick success and instant benefits and cramming teaching methods are all detrimental to the growth of the innovative talents.It is suggested in this paper that the management system and mechanism be reformed by strengthening university quality monitoring,reforming research evaluation system and the selection mechanism,implementing the internationalization strategies and cooperative innovation strategies,so that the cultivation of innovative talents can be speeded up.
