Research on X-903 Auxiliaries for Ramie Fast Degumming

本文采用正交试验研制了X-903高效煮练剂,并将其应用于苎麻的快速脱胶。结果表明:煮练时间缩短到1.5小时,煮练液的NaOH 浓度降低到10-12g/L,精干麻的质量达到国家标准,生产成本明显降低。

This paper reported the preparation of high efficient scouring agent X-903 throughorthogonal experimental method and the application in fast degumming process of ramie.Theproduction testing results show that scouring time and NaOH concentration of scouringsolution have decreased to 1.5 hour and 10-12 g/L respectively.The quality of degummedramie has reached the national standards,and production costs have got reduced obviously.
