学习型军人社会保障是学习型社会保障模式的具体体现,它依托军队学习型组织建设这一资源,通过对现役军人的教育培训,有效提高军人的生存和发展能力。二战后,美军实施的大规模培训计划以及以色列军人服电脑役,一定意义上说,正是对学习型军人社会保障模式的初步实践。中国特色学习型军人社会保障模式的构建,其核心内容是建立符合实际需要的官兵学习训练培训体系。

The learning-type servicemen＇ s social security is a manifestation of learning-type social security model. It relies on army learning-type organization and, through education and training of servicemen, effectively im-proves their ability to survive and develop. After World War II, the U.S. army implemented large-scale military training programs and the Israeli young people also saw computer service, which, to a certain sense, is the very preliminary practice of learning-type servicemen＇ s social security model. The construction of learning-type social security model with Chinese characteristics lies in establishing a proper training system catering to the actual needs of officers and men.
