Development and Production of Electronic Control System of Rapier Loom

本文从工厂近年来开发研制的多项剑杆织机的电控系统出发,提出需要进一步开发高档和普及型两种通用性的剑杆织机电控系统,说明这两种电控系统的模式和组成,并总结了在研制电控系统时,提高产品可靠性的几项措施。

On the basis of our research and development of various electronic control systems forthe weaving machines,this paper presents the necessity for the development of universalelectronic control systems for rapier loom in both advanced and ordinary versions,describestheir modes and compositions,and summerizes the measures for the improvement of systemreliabilities in development and design.
