摘要
目的 探讨同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)与原发性高血压的关系.方法 选择经实验室、X线、心电图、超声心动图等确诊的原发性高血压患者97例,并进一步经冠状动脉造影术和头颅MRI或CT分为3组:单纯原发性高血压组(43例)、原发性高血压伴冠心病组(22例)和原发性高血压并发缺血性脑卒中组(32例),健康查体者60例作为对照组.均采用7170A全自动生化分析仪进行Hcy检测,结果进行统计学分析.结果 血清Hcy水平,原发性高血压伴冠心病组(21.3±8.1μmol/L)和原发性高血压伴缺血性脑卒中组(23.6±7.3 μmol/L)均较单纯原发性高血压组(17.3±6.2 μmol/L)为高,差异有统计学显著性意义(t=3.16,P<0.05);三者与正常对照组(9.3±3.8 μmol/L)比较差异均有统计学非常显著性意义(t=6.36,6.98和7.12,P均<0.01);且Hcy男性高于女性(P<0.05).结论 原发性高血压患者血清Hcy水平升高;当并发冠心病或缺血性脑卒中时,血清Hcy水平则更高,同时具有性别差异.
Objective To explore the relationship of homoeysteine (Hcy) with the essential hypertension. Methods Chose 97 eases of patients with essential hypertension (EH) that made a definite diagnosis with laboratory,X-ray,electrocardiogram, echocardiography,and further by coronary angiography and head MRI or CT,they was divided into three groups: pure es- sential hypertension group (n=43), primary hypertension associated with coronary heart disease group (n=22) and primary hypertension with cerebral ischemie stroke group (n=32). 60 cases of healthy physical examination was as a control group. Detected serum Hey with Hitachi 7170A Automatic Biochemical Analyzer and the results were statistically analyzed. Results Serum Hey levels,primary hypertension associated with coronary heart disease group (21.3±8. 1 μmol/L) and primary hypertension with isehemie cerebral infarction group (23.6±7.3 μmol/L) were higher than a simple essential hypertension group (17.3 ± 6.2 μmol/L), with significant difference (t= 3.16, P〈0. 05). Three groups compared with the normal control group (9.3±3. 8 μmol/L) had very signifieant differenee (t=6. 36,6.98,7. 12 ,P〈0.01) ,and Hey in men than women (P 〈0. 05). Conclusion There were elevated Hey in serum of essential hypertension patients, with amalgamative coronary heart disease (CHD) or ischemic stroke,serum Hey levels were higher,and had sex differences at the same time.
