摘要
基质辅助激光解析/电离-飞行时间质谱分析(MALDI-TOF MS)是一种新兴的软电离质谱分析,被用来绘制细菌及其他微生物的蛋白质质谱.这类质谱可以与已知的参考数据库进行比对,从而快速而准确的对微生物鉴定到属、种乃至某株.最近商品化的MALDI-TOF质谱仪发展迅猛,使得这项技术在欧洲可被用于临床微生物实验室的常规细菌诊断,这里就MALDI-TOF MS技术的原理和最新的发展做一简单综述.
Matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time of flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF MS) can be used to generate protein mass spectra from bacteria and other microorganisms. These spectra compare with the database for rapid and accurate classification at the genus, species, even strain levels. The recent development of integrated commercial MALDI-TOF MS instruments has made this technology available for use in clinical microbiology laboratory. Reviewed these recent development here.
