摘要
目的 探讨肾移植患者体内他克莫司(FK506)浓度与肝肾功能、血常规的关系.方法 随机选取2011年3月~2012年12月肾移植患者50例,均相放大酶免疫法检测FK506血药浓度;用酶法检测AST,ALP,GGT,Urea,Cr,Glu,UA和ALT;全自动血液分析仪检测RBC,HB,WBC,LYM,NEU和MONO.结果 肾移植患者FK506不同浓度组间的AST,ALP,GGT,Urea,RBC,HB,WBC,LYM和NEU水平,差异有统计学意义,而Cr,Glu,UA,ALT和MONO水平,差异无统计学意义.结论 肾移植患者FK506的浓度可能影响机体内AST,ALP,GGT,Urea,RBC,HB,WBC,LYM和NEU的水平,而对Cr,Glu,UA,ALT和MONO的水平影响不大.
Objective To investigate the relationship between the liver function, renal function,routine blood test and different blood concentration of FK506. Methods 50 cases of renal transplant patients were randomly selected in March 2011 to De-cember 2012. The FKS06 was detected by homogeneous amplification immunoassay; ALT, AST, ALP, GGT, UA, Glu, Cr and Urea were detected by Enzymatic. RBC,HB and WBC were detected by Automatic blood analyzer. Results There was signifieant difference between ALP, GGT, Urea, AST, RBC, HB, WBC, LYM and NEU in different FKS06 concentration groups of kidney transplant patients,There was no significant difference between Cr, ALT,GLU, UA and MONO in differ-ent FK506 concentration groups of kidney transplant patients. Conclusion The FKS06 concentration in kidney transplant patients would affect the level of ALP,GGT, Urea, AST,RBC, HB, WBC, LYM and NEU. However,it had little effects on the levels of Cr, ALT,GLU,UA and MONO.
