2008～2012年连云港地区白血病类型及其亚型统计分析

Leukemia Types and Subtypes Statistical Analysis in Lianyungang between 2008 and 2012

目的 了解白血病在连云港地区的发病情况及规律.方法 回顾性分析2008～2012年连云港市第一人民医院新诊断白血病的骨髓形态学报告.结果 2008～2012年共新诊断白血病440例,男女比1.46：1,年龄1月～86岁,中位年龄47岁.各型白血病按构成比大小排列为AML（49.8%）,ALL（24.3%）,CML（15.2%）,CLL（5.9%）.结论 结果基本反映了连云港地区的白血病发病情况和规律.

Objective To investigate the incidence and regularity of leukemia in Lianyungang. Methods Retrospectively ana-lysed bone marrow morphology report of newly diagnosed leukemia in the First People＇s Hospital of Lianyungang between 2008 and 2012. Results All together there were 440 newly diagnosed leukemia cases,the male to female ratio was 1.46 ： 1, A minimum of 1 month up to 86 years of age,the median age was 47 years old. Various types of leukemia were grouped by order for AML （49.8%）,ALL （24. 3%）,CML （15.2 %） and CLL （5.9%）. Conclusion The research on basic reflect the incidence and regularity of leukemia in Lianyungang.
