自主编写检验形态学系列挂图在临床检验教学中的应用价值评价

Application and Evaluation of Self-compiled Laboratory＇s Wall Charts about Cellular Morphology in Clinical Laboratory Teaching

目的 评价自主编写的检验形态学系列挂图在临床工作和教学中的应用价值,为检验人员学习细胞形态提供新的途径.方法 对中山市三级甲等医院内的检验人员,免费派发挂图若干套,结合临床实践试用一年后进行不记名问卷调查;另对该院实习生进行挂图自学前后细胞形态辩认水平测验.结果 97.9%（183/187） 的检验人员及实习生认为挂图图片经典、解读精辟、内容全面、分类合理、装裱精美、使用方便;187（100%）名检验人员及实习生使用挂图后细胞形态辩认水平有明显提高（P〈0.01）.结论 检验形态学系列挂图能迅速提高形态学检验技术水平,具有极其重要的应用和推广价值.

Objective To evaluate the application of self-compiled laboratory＇s wall charts about cellular morphology in clini- cal work and teaching and to seek for a new approach for laboratorians and interns to study cell morphology. Methods Wall charts about cellular morphology were distributed freely to laboratorians and interns in class 3-A hospitals of Zhongshan cit- y,and an anonymous questionnaire was conducted after one-year self-study and application in clinical work, and a test was used to detect the recognizable level on cell morphology. Results 97.9 percent of laboratorians and interns considered that the wall charts had the following characteristics： classical pictures, incisive interpretation, comprehensive contents, reasonable classification, exquisite package and convenient usage. The data showed that there was a significant increase in the recogniza-ble level on cell morphology of 187 lahoratorians and interns after use the wall charts （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The profes-sional skills may be improved rapidly in laboratorians and interns by using the wall charts about cellular morphology,which implies that it has an important application value in clinical work and teaching and may be worthy to popularize.
