Structure and Process Analysis of a New Type Flame Retardant PET Fibre

本文利用一种无机复盐为阻燃剂制取了阻燃涤纶。研究阻燃剂的添加方式,阻燃剂含量、粒度等对可纺性的影响,并对制取的阻燃涤纶的热性能、结晶性能、阻燃性能及其机理进行了研究,得出了一些有规律性的结果。对于阻燃涤纶的生产有一定的指导意义。

Present in the paper is a new type of flame retardant PET fibre developed by using an inorga-nic complex salt as the flame retardant.Several guidelines,which are important for the produc-tion of flameretardant fibres,have been established by investigating the influences upon thespinnability of those parameters,such as the feed pattern of the flame retardant,the granularityand the content of the flame-retardant in the polymer,etc,and by studying the heat property,crvstallinity,flame retardant performances,and the mechanism of flame retardancy as well.
