苎麻仿毛改性与毛麻混纺产品的研究

Discussion on Blended Products of Wool-Like Modified Ramie

作者基于苎麻和羊毛在纤维结构和性能上的差异,提出苎麻仿毛改性的依据、目标和条件。通过结构改性,改善了苎麻纤维的机械性能、纱线结构和染色性能,生产出改性苧麻含量达40%以上的,性能较好的毛麻混纺产品。

It is of practical significance to apply a modifiation for wool imitation of ramie fibre to impr-ove its structure and properties.Based on analysis of the differences of structure and propertiesbetween wool and ramie,this paper has put forward a scientific basis,targets and measures ofmodification of wool imitation.The mechanical performance,spinnability and dyeability of ramiefibre has been improved by means of modification of structure.The blended fabric with over 40%modified ramie has been produced,and has an appearance of pure wool fabric.
