精纺机摇架加压前区紧隔距的研究与实践

Investigation and Practice of Narrow Roller Gauge on Ring Frame with Pendulum Weighting Arm System

作者分析了国内外多种类型的精纺机摇架加压的前区紧隔距后,在国产摇架加压的精纺机上,通过革新将前中罗拉隔距(中心距)缩小到40mm,取得成纱条干CV%显著改善的效果。

Based on the analysis of the gauge between front and middle roller of domestic and foreign ringframes with pendulum weighting arm system,and through reconstruction the author gets a narrowgauge of 40mm between the front and middle roller on domestic ring frame,and finally a muchbetter CV% of yarn evenness is obtained.
