摘要
目的:分析黑龙江省伊春地区毛节缬草挥发油的主要化学成分及镇静作用。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法从毛节缬草的根及根茎中提取挥发油;用气相色谱-质谱法对其化学成分进行分离鉴定;采用行为学测试观察其镇静作用。结果:分离出67个峰,其中鉴定了34个成分,占挥发油色谱峰面积的91.12%,挥发油成分具有镇静作用。结论:为毛节缬草开发利用提供科学依据。
Objective:To analyze the main chemical constituents of the essential oil and sedative effects from Valeriana alternifolia Bunge var. stolonifera Bar. et Sky. in Yichun Area, Heilongjiang Province. Methods:The essential oil was extracted from Valeriana alternifolia Bunge var. stolonifera Bar. et Sky. by steam distillation~ the spontaneous activities of mice were determined using spontaneous activity tester. Resul ts:Sixty-seven kinds of components were separated. Among them, thirty-four components were identified, accounting 91.12 % of the total essential oil which have sedative effects. Conclusions:This research provided scientific basis for the development of Valeriana alternifolia Bunge var. stolonifera Bar. et Sky.
