摘要
本文通过朋辈教育制度在医学生科技创新活动中的探索与实践,深入论证了朋辈教育制度的科学性、广泛性及可操作性。在医学新生科技创新领域,朋辈教育制度以特有的优势与传统教育方式互为补充、相得益彰,进而改变了传统医学新生科技创新活动中的单向教育模式向互助式延伸。朋辈教育制度的确立,对于充分挖掘专长学生的自身优势,整合学校与社会资源,促进医学新生成人成才发挥着重要作用。
Objective:In this paper, through the exploration and practice of peer education system on Medical Students' innovative activities of science and technology, we analyzed the scientific nature, universality and operability of peer education system. In the field of medical new technology innovation, peer education system with unique advantages complements with traditional education methods and transforms the traditional one--way mode of education into a mutual mode. The establishment of peer education system plays an important role in fully exploring the advantages of special students, integrating school and social resources, and promoting medical students to become a useful adult.
