摘要 目的:研究MMP-9在胃癌中的表达情况与临床病理因素的关系,结合胃癌组织、癌旁组织及正常组织分子的表达情况,探讨MMP-9在胃癌中的表达及其与临床病理之间的关系.方法:采用免疫组化法检测MMP-9在60例胃癌原发灶、胃癌癌旁组织(3~5cm)和正常组织中的表达情况,结合患者的临床病理资料进行分析.结果:MMP-9在胃黏液腺癌、印戒细胞癌、癌旁3.0cm组织及正常胃黏膜组织中的阳性表达率分别为76.2%、83.3%、13.1%和0%.MMP-9在胃黏液腺癌和印戒细胞癌中高表达且与癌旁3.0cm及正常组织有显著差异性(P<0.01);临床病理分析结果表明:MMP-9的表达与性别、年龄、肿瘤大小无关(P>0.05),侵润深度、淋巴结转移和腹膜种植与MMP-9的表达有着密切的关系.侵及浆膜组MMP-9的阳性表达率分别为90.1%,而未及浆膜组织MMP-9 64.3%;有淋巴结转移组MMP-9的阳性表达率为87.9%,无淋巴结转移组MMP-9蛋白的阳性表达率为66.7%.结论:MMP-9在胃癌组织中高表达,且MMP-9的表达呈正相关,并随着胃癌的分化程度、淋巴结转移以及局部浸润深度之间存在密切的联系. Objective. To study the MMP-9 expression in colorectal carcinoma, combined with the adjacent tissue and normal tissue expression, discuss MMP-9 expression in coloreetal carcinoma and the clinical pathological relationship. Methods: Immunohistochemistry (SP method) was adopted to detect the expression of CD44V6and RABSa in 60 cases of primary colon cancer, colon cancer and adjacent tissues(3-5cm) and normal tissue expression, combined with clinical pathological data in analysis. Results: The positive expression of MMP-9 in gastric mucous adenocarcinoma, signet-ring cell carcinoma, 3.0cm tissues and normal gastric mucosa tissues were 76.2%, 83.3%, 13.1% and 0%. The expression of MMP-9 in gastric adenocarcinoma and signet ring cell carcinoma and paracancerous were high, which were significantly different from that of 3. 0cm and normal tissues (P 〈0.01 ) ; clinical and pathological analysis showed that. the expression of MMP-9 had no relation to sex, age and tumor size (P〉0. 05), but closely related to the depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis and peritoneal implants. The positive expression rates of MMP-9 were 90. 1% in serosal invasion group; 64.3%in noserous group; 87. 9% in lymph node metastasis; and 66.7% in no lymph node metastasis group. Conclusion. MMP-9 was highly expressed in colorectal cancer compared with that in carcinoma and normal tissues, and there existed close contact between its expression and the degree of differentiation, lymph node metastasis and infiltration depth.
