以区域需求为导向的高校体育教育专业人才培养模式改革研究——以上海师范大学为例

Research on the talent-cultivating model reform for physical education teaching majors in university according to regional demanding-oriented——for example Shanghai Normal University

主要采用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法及数理统计法,对上海师范大学体育教育专业学生的培养现状进行调查,以求发现存在的问题,并有针对性地提出改革措施,为培养上海需要的卓越体育教师服务.

In this paper, literature data method, interviewing, questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics are adopted to investigate the students＇present training situation of physical education of Shanghai Normal University in order to find the existing problems. Then, some reform measures targeted are put forward to serve for the training of outstanding PE teachers need in Shanghai.
