Transfer and Development of Human Resources in the Process of New Type Urbanization

本文根据发达国家的劳动力转移理论,结合中国新型城镇化进程的客观实际,论述了城镇化进程中农村人力资源的现状与特点,指出了农村劳动力转移存在的主要问题,并对城镇化进程中农村人力资源的开发规划进行了新的探索。

Based on the labor transfer theory in developed countries, and on the actual process of new type urbanization in Chi- na, this paper discusses the current situation and characteristics of rural human resources in the process of urbanization. It goes on to point out the major problems in rural labor force transfer, and explores development programmes of rural human resources in the process of new type urbanization.
