土壤中产维生素A真菌资源的筛选

摘要 为了从土壤中筛选获得高产VA的真菌资源,采用高效液相色谱法对稀释平板分离法获得的67株真菌进行VA检测,并对其中的高产菌株进行了形态与分子系统学鉴定,同时对筛选出的2株菌株从碳源和氮源方面进行了培养基优化。结果表明:67株真菌中有41株含有VA,其中9株的VA含量相对较高,均超过3μg/g。这9株菌株经鉴定为鲜红棒束孢、淡紫紫孢菌、马昆德拟青霉、玫烟色棒束孢、古尼拟青霉、三亚金孢和一种金孢霉;不同的碳氮源对菌株的VA含量均有一定影响。 In order to screen high-yield fungal strain resources which producing vitamin A in the soil,67fungal strains were obtained by dilution plate and tested by HPLC,thereafter high-yield strains were identified by morphology and molecular phylogeny,moreover,the culture media for two high-yield VA producing strains were optimized on carbon and nitrogen sources.The results showed that vitamin A was determined in 41strains,and nine strains had relatively high content.These nine strains were identified as Isaria amoenerosea,Purpureocillium lilacinum,Paecilomyces marquandii,I.fumosorosea,P.gunnii,Chrysosporium sanyaense,and Chrysosporium.sp.,respectively.Additionally,their VA contents were influenced by different nitrogen and carbon sources.
