北乌头不同提取液对菜青虫快速变态的影响

Effect of Different Aconitum kusnezoffii Extract on Rapid Metamorphosis of Pieris rapae

为了解北乌头对菜青虫变态速度的影响,用北乌头乙醇、蒸馏水、丙酮不同浓度的提取液处理3龄菜青虫幼虫,研究其对菜青虫变态的促进作用。结果表明:不同浓度的北乌头提取混和液能促进菜青虫的变态,48h的变态率在70%以上,72h的变态率超过80%,达显著水平;蒸馏水提取液对菜青虫快速变态有促进作用,当浓度为42.5mg/mL时变态率最高,达99.5%。

3rd instar larvae of P.rapae was tested by different mass concentration of A.kusnezoffii extract liquid prepared by ethanol,distilled water,and acetone to study the acceleration effect on metamorphosis of P.rapae The results showed that the mixture of different mass concentration of A.kusnezoffii extract liquid could accelerate the metamorphosis of P.rapae,with more than 70% of metamorphism rate in 48hrs,and more than 80%of metamorphism rate in 72hrs,reached significant level.Additionally,the extract liquid prepared by distilled water had acceleration effect on rapid metamorphosis,and the metamosphsis rate could reach 99.5% when the extract concentration was 42.5mg/mL.
