山区土地适度规模经营的影响因素分析

Analysis on Influence Factors to Moderate Land-scale Operation in Mountain Area

为了进一步推进山区土地适度规模经营的开展,促进山区经济的良性健康发展,采用层次分析法对影响山区土地适度规模经营的因素进行了定量分析。结果表明:各影响因素对山区土地适度规模经营的制约程度从大到小依次为1)自然条件、农村社会文化、制度建设、农村经济发展;2)地块零散程度>农村劳动力转移率>农业科技进步贡献率>地表坡度及土地流转率。

In order to further promote the moderate land-scale operation in mountain area, and take mountain area economy into a positive and healthy development way, the authors quantitatively analyzed the influence factors of moderate land-scale operation in mountain area using AHP method. Results： 1） The degree of the restriction of influence factors for moderate land-scale operation was natural conditions~ the culture of rural society^institutional improvement^rural economic development in mountain area; 2） The restriction degree of various influence factors was land scattered degree.rural labor transfer rate~ contribution rate of scientific and technological progress in agriculture ~ surface slope and land transfer rate.
