菜用甘薯新品种‘徐菜薯1号’的提纯复壮及茎尖产量分析 被引量:7

摘要 为探讨菜用型甘薯提纯复壮及茎尖产量,本研究以菜用甘薯新品种徐菜薯1号为试验材料,研究其茎尖分生组织培养、茎段快繁、移栽等相关技术及对茎尖产量进行分析,结果表明,在添加NAA 0.05 mg/L、6-BA 2.0 mg/L的MS培养基上,成苗率最高达48.3%;添加NAA 0.01 mg/L、6-BA 1.0 mg/L的MS培养基最适宜茎段快繁,其株高增高量可达9.2 cm/30d;经过炼苗的试管苗,再经25%多菌灵250倍液和IBA 5 mg/L水蘸根,移栽后叶面喷施壮苗灵1.5 g/L水处理,大田移栽成活率最高可达83.6%;菜用甘薯脱毒苗,其茎尖产量较非脱毒苗增产可达11.2%,较国家菜用甘薯区试对照品种‘福薯7-6’产量高,且产量差异达显著水平(P<0.01)。 In order to research the purification and rejuvenation and yield of stem tip of vegetable sweet potato,in this trial,taken ‘ Xucaishu1 ' cultivar as tested materials,the shoot apical meristem culture,rapid propegation,transplanting and stem tip yidds of the sweet potato were studied.The results showed that the regeneration rate of ‘ Xucaishu1 ' on MS medium adding NAA 0.05 mg/L and 6-BA 2.0 mg/L was up to 48.3 %.The stem of ‘ Xucaishu1 ' on MS medium adding NAA 0.01 mg/L,6-BA 1.0 mg/L was rapidly propagated,and the increasing amount of plant height was 9.2 cm/30 d.The tube seedlings were required to hardening,then dipping root in the solution of IBA 5 mg per liter water and 25 % carbendazim 250-fold dilutions,and then spraying 1.5 g foliar per liter water after transplanting,and the survival rate of plants in the field was up to 83.6 %.Yield of stem tip of virus-free vegetable sweet potato increased by 11.2 % more than that of non-virus-free vegetable sweet potato and more higher than that of Fushu7-6 (CK),and the yield between virus-free Xucaishu1 and Fushu7-6 was significantly different at 0.01 level.
