摘要
以喷施和拌种等方式对糯玉米进行硒处理,通过籽粒中硒含量及其营养物质含量、蒸煮品质、穗部性状、产量等分析,表明不同浓度、不同方式硒处理均可显著提高糯玉米籽粒的硒含量;淀粉、粗蛋白、粗脂肪、可溶性糖均有增加趋势;各处理间的穗部性状和蒸煮品质没有较大差异,田间产量随硒处理浓度增加而略有增加。结果说明一定浓度的硒处理不会影响糯玉米的品质,还具有一定的增产效应。
The content of selenium and other nutrients in grain,cooking quality,ear characters and yield of waxy corn treated by different concentration selenium were studied in the paper.The results indicated that,the different concentration and different ways used selenium improve the selenium content of waxy corn grain.The starch,crude protein,crude fat and soluble sugar in the grain had the increasing tendency.Cooking quality and ear characters were not much difference,but the field yield increased with the concentration increase of selenium.The result of the treatment of selenium showed that the selenium not only could improve the quality of waxy corn,but also had certain yield increase effect.
