摘要
为探索运输山羊抗应激的处理效果,研究了富维康和科特壮对长途运输山羊血液生化指标的影响。结果表明:运输后使用富维康和科特壮药物处理的2组山羊血液中皮质醇、超氧化物歧化酶、还原型谷胱甘肽、铜蓝蛋白、结合珠蛋白、甲状腺素、肌酸激酶的含量均有不同程度升高,免疫球蛋白G降低。口服富维康仅能缓解运输应激对血液中还原型谷胱甘肽和铜蓝蛋白的影响,注射科特壮能降低血液中皮质醇、还原型谷胱甘肽、结合珠蛋白、甲状腺素和肌酸激酶的含量,同时提高免疫球蛋白G含量。因此,科特壮的抗应激效果较富维康明显。
The experiment was conducted to explore the effect of anti-stress treatment on transportation goat and to study the effect of biochemical indexes of goat treated with full vate and catosal on transportation stress.The results showed that the cortisol,super oxide dismutase,reduced glutathione,ceruloplasmin,haptoglobin,thyroxine,and creatine kinase were increased in the two groups,whereas immunoglobulin G decreased after transportation.Oral full vate could only relieve the effect of reduced glutathione and ceruloplasmin on transport st-ess,while injecting catosal can reduce the content of cortisol,reduced glutathione,haptoglobin,thyroxine,and creatine kinase,and improve immunoglobulin G.Consequently,the effect of catosal on anti-stress is conspicuous.
