春用家蚕皮斑双限性品种“云蚕10号”的选育

Breeding of Silkworm Variety ‘Yuncan 10’ with Double Sex-limited Markings for Spring Rearing

为降低蚕种生产成本、提高蚕种质量和产量、拓宽茧丝产品的应用范围,需要选育出适宜云南蚕桑产业发展,蚕农、种场和丝厂三方均满意的家蚕新品种,本研究利用保存和引进的家蚕限性种质资源,采用杂交育种的方法,同时注重品种的茧丝品质、强健性、繁育性能等多项经济性状的综合选择,历经多年选育出多丝量皮斑双限性家蚕品种"云蚕10号"。经过多批次饲育成绩显示,该品种产茧量、茧层量高,是一个优良的春用家蚕品种。

In order to reduce the cost of egg-producing,improve the quality and yield of silkworm eggs,and broaden the application of the cocoon and silk,a new silkworm variety ‘ Yuncan 10＇ has been bred among sex-limited silkworm varieties materials by cross-breeding through several years,and the economic characters also have been valued such as silk quality,larvae healthy and breeding performance,etc.during the period of selection and breeding.This new stripe double sex-limited silkworm variety had high yidd and high cocoon shell weight and high silk grade after several years rearing.This study showed that ‘ Yuncan 10＇ was suitable for rearing in spring and for the development of Yunnan sericulture as an excellent silkworm variety,and it could meet the demands of farmers,silkworm egg production stations and sericulture industries.
