甘蔗温水处理脱毒种苗生产技术研究

Production Techniques of Disease-free Sugarcane Seedlings with Hot Water Treatment

甘蔗作为用蔗茎腋芽进行无性繁殖的作物,其种苗是传播甘蔗病害的主要途径,国内外甘蔗科研和实践表明,防止种苗带菌(毒)传播的病害,最经济有效的措施就是生产、繁殖和推广脱毒种苗。"十五"以来,云南省农科院甘蔗所,借鉴国外先进的脱毒技术经验,研究形成了成熟的甘蔗温水处理健康种苗工厂化生产技术、方法及工艺流程和快繁技术体系。文章从技术针对的问题、技术的提出、技术原理、技术路线及要点、经济模式、温水处理健康种苗生产与繁殖、质量要求及监测、性能特点、示范增产增糖效果等层面对甘蔗温水处理健康种苗生产技术进行了系统的介绍和综述,以期为温水处理健康种苗的推广应用提供科学依据和指导帮助。

As a vegetative propagated crop with axillary buds,seedling is the main spread way of sugarcane diseases.Previous researches and practices indicated that producing,propagating and popularizing of disease-free seedlings is the most economical and effective measure for preventing diseases transmitted by infected seedlings.Since the practice of ‘ Tenth Five year Plan＇,based on the abroad advanced diseasefree technology,a mature system of industrial production techniques,methods,process flows and rapid propagation technology of disease-free sugarcane seedlings with hot water treatment （HWT） was developed by Sugarcane Research Institute,Yunnan Academy of Agriculture Sciences.In order to provide the scientific basis and guidance for the application and popularization of disease-free seedlings with HWT,the problems to be resolved,proposing,principle,route and key points,economic pattern of healthy sugarcane seedlings production technology were introduced and reviewed in the paper.The production and propagation,quality requirements and monitoring,characteristics,demonstration effects in cane yield and sucrose increasing of disease-free sugarcane seedlings with HWT were also showed in this paper.
