天灸疗法辨证选穴防治支气管哮喘的临床研究

Clinical Research of Medicinal Vesiculation Therapy in Preventing and Treating Bronchial Asthma by Selecting Points Based on Syndrome Differentiation

【目的】观察天灸疗法辨证选穴防治支气管哮喘的临床疗效。【方法】将符合纳入标准的支气管哮喘患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用辨证选穴,对照组采用常规穴位。天灸治疗前、后及6个月后随访观察患者的肺功能、哮喘症状评分和哮喘控制测试表(ACT)评分的变化情况。【结果】(1)治疗组和对照组对哮喘均有良好治疗效果,总有效率分别为94.12%、86.57%,2组比较(Ridit分析),治疗组疗效显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。(2)2组治疗后均能改善患者的肺功能、哮喘症状和哮喘发作情况,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且有一定的疗效持续时间,但治疗组较对照组改善程度更优,且持续时间更久(P<0.01)。【结论】辨证选穴较单纯常规选穴在改善哮喘患者的肺功能、减少哮喘症状和控制哮喘发作方面疗效更佳,且疗效持续时间更长。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of medicinal vesiculation therapy in preventing and treating bronchial asthma by selecting points based on syndrome differentiation. Methods The bronchial asthma patients which met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was given medicinal vesiculation therapy by selecting points based on syndrome differentiation, and the control group was given medicinal vesiculation therapy by selecting points based on conventional method. Before and after therapy, symptoms and scores and during the follow-up 6 months after therapy, of asthma control test （ACT） were observed in both lung function, scores of asthmatic groups. Results （1） Both groups had good clinical efficacy. The treatment group had the total effective rate of 94.12%, which was higher than 86.57% of the control group （P〈0.01）. （2） After treatment, lung function, asthmatic symptoms and attack of asthma were improved, and the effect lasted for certain time in both groups as compared with those before treatment （P〈0.01）. The improvement and effect persistence time in the treatment group were superior to those in the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Medicinal vesiculation therapy by selecting points based on syndrome differentiation shows better effect on improving lung function, relieving clinical symptoms and controlling asthma attacks than by selecting points based on conventional method, and has longer effect persistence time.
