补阳还五汤对慢性脑缺血大鼠大脑皮层血流量及全血粘度的影响 被引量:4

Effects of Buyang Huanwu Decoction on Cerebral Cortex Blood Flow and Whole Blood Viscosity of Chronic Cerebral Ischemia Rats

摘要 【目的】探讨补阳还五汤对慢性脑缺血大鼠大脑皮层血流量及全血粘度的影响。【方法】选用SPF级SD大鼠,采用双侧颈总动脉结扎法复制慢性脑缺血大鼠模型,再将合格模型动物随机分为模型组,金纳多组(剂量为45 mg·kg-1·d-1),中药高、低剂量组(剂量分别为40、20 g·kg-1·d-1),假手术组,比较各组大鼠的大脑皮层血流量及全血粘度指标。【结果】模型组皮层血流量显著下降(P<0.05),补阳还五汤高剂量组和金纳多组大脑皮层血流量显著升高(P<0.05);模型组全血粘度在切变率150、30、5 s-1时与假手术组比较均显著升高(P<0.05),各用药组均能明显降低全血粘度,补阳还五汤高剂量在切变率1 s-1、低剂量在切变率150、30、5、1 s-1时与模型组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】补阳还五汤能明显改善慢性脑缺血大鼠的大脑皮层血流量,该作用可能与降低其全血粘度有关。 Objective To investigate the influence of Buyang Huanwu Decoction (BHD) on the cerebral cortex blood flow and the whole blood viscosity of chronic cerebral ischemia rats. Methods The chronic cerebral ischemia rat model was established by occlusion of bilateral common carotid arteries on specific-pathogen free SD rats. And then the qualified model animals were randomly divided into model group, Ginaton group (45 mg·kg^-l·d^-l), high- and low- dose BHD groups (in the dosage of 40, 20 g·kg^-l·d^-l, respectively), and sham operation group. The cerebral cortex blood flow and whole blood viscosity index were observed. Results Cerebral cortex blood flow of the model group was significantly declined (P〈0.05 compared with the sham operation group) , while the cerebral cortex blood flow of the high-dose BHD group and Ginaton group was significantly increased (P〈0.05 compared with the model group) . Whole blood viscosity of chronic cerebral ischemia rats at the shear rates of 150, 30 and 5 s^-1 were increased significantly (P〈0.05 compared with the sham operation group) . After intervention with BHD and Ginaton, the whole viscosity at various shear rates was decreased, but only the differences of viscosity at the shear rate of 1 s^-1 in the high-dose BHD group and viscosity at the shear rates of 150, 30, 5 and 1 s^-1 in the low-dose BHD group were significant when compared with the model group (P〈0.05). Conclusion BHD can significantly improve cerebral cortex blood flow in chronic cerebral ischemic rats, which is related to the decrease of whole blood viscosity.
