Promote the construction of "four co-ordination" medical insurance

我国已基本实现了全民医保,但医疗保障体系与卫生服务体系之间仍存在着深刻的矛盾。围绕建立更加公平、更高质量的医疗保障制度,切实提高人民健康水平,应积极推进医疗保障的"四个统筹"建设,即城乡统筹、地市级统筹、门诊统筹以及统筹医疗保障与卫生服务管理。

Universal medical insurance has achieved basically in China, but there still have profound conflict between medical insurance system and health care system. Surrounding the establishment of a more equitable and higher quality medical insurance system, we should improve people＇s health and promote the construction of ＂four co-ordination＂ medical insurance, that is overall urban-rural development, overall prefectural-city development, outpatient co-ordination, and medical insurance and medical service management co-ordination.
