《汉语大词典》“小的”、“小底”条考辨

On the Meaning of “小的” and “小底” in The Chinese Dictionary

《汉语大词典》是一部大型的、历史性的汉语辞典,所收词目约三十七万条。其重在探索语词的历史发展,给我们学习和研究汉语词汇提供了非常大的便利。但是"白璧微瑕",笔者发现其"小"字下所收词目"小的"、"小底"二词释义,或有失误,或交代不清,有就缪补正之必要。

As an large and historical Chinese dictionary, The Chinese Dictionary contains about 370 thousand entries. It focu- ses on the development of words, providing great convenience for our study and research of Chinese vocabularies. However, there are some faults. It is found that ＂小的＂ and ＂小底＂ under the character ＂小＂ are explained in a wrong or vague way. It is neces- sary to make additions and corrections.
