摘要
对隆昌鹅、太湖鹅和新太湖鹅血清中 AKP、AMY、GPT进行测定。比较三种鹅间的酶活力高低 ,分析酶活力与相应周龄体重的表型相关 ,结果表明 :三种鹅 AMY活力高低顺序为 :隆昌鹅 >新太湖鹅>太湖鹅 ;AMY活力与体重呈正相关 ,可通过 AMY测定来加强对鹅的选择 ;AKP活性可作为肉仔鹅早期生长性能的选择指标 ;三种鹅除 GPT外 ,AMY与 AKP公鹅均大于母鹅。
WT5”BZ]:The activity of serum AKP,AMY,GPT was carried out on Longchang、Taihu and New Taihu goose at 2,4,6,8,10 weeks of age,the phenotypic correlation between the activity and body weight was determined among them.The results showed that the order of activity of plasma AMY from high to low is Longchang goose,New Taihu goose,Taihu goose,while activity of GPT and AKP in plasma are different every week.Activity of AMY increases weekly,there is positive correlation between activity of plasma AMY and body weight every week.Activity of GPY and body growth has no correlation.Activity of plasma AKP might serve as a selecting sign of early growth in green goose.Activity of AMY,AKP in plasma in male is higher than in female except for GPT.
