基于Timmons模型的大学生创业路径演绎规律研究——以浙江万里学院为例

The Rule of Undergraduate Venturing Based on Timmons Models——Taking Zhejiang Wanli University as An Example

十八大报告提出"以创业带动就业"、"支持青年创业"等都可以体现出当前党和国家非常重视大学生创业,但目前大学生创业率非常低,存活率更低,究其原因是目前缺少各类成功案例解析,本文以浙江万里学院历届成功创业学子为例,基于Timmons模型结合实际凝练大学生创业成长路径要素,构建创业路径模型,依据模型提出创业规划策略。

The report of the Eighteenth Congress proposes to ＂use entrepreneurship to create jobs＂ and ＂support youth entrepreneurship＂, which reflects that the Party and the Government attach great importance to undergraduate entrepreneurship at present,but the rate of undergraduate venturing is very low,and the survival rates is lower. The reason is the lack of analysis of successful venturing stories. Taking undergraduate venturing of Zhejiang Wanli University as an example, the article analyzes elements of undergraduate venture growth path based on the Timmons model, constructs an entrepreneurial path model, and proposes planning strategies.
