摘要
本文根据网络丝形成机理设计了一种新型喷嘴。该喷嘴用拉伐尔管作为进气孔,大圆弧组合作为丝道,喷嘴内能形成两个对称高强度作用区域大的涡流,它的节能性、适应性和成丝的质量都优于国内现有喷嘴;同时,还能加工牵伸丝。
On basis of the knowledge of the processing mechanism of interlaced yarn,a new inter-lacing nozzle was designed for efficiency and wide adaptability.A speed of high air flowwith two strong eddies can be obtained by the nozzle which used Delaval nozzle as air inletaparture.The nozzle is capable of providing higher interlacing density and stability,pro-cessing multifilament at a higher feed rate,with less compressed gas consumption andproduction cost reducing by 20%.The noazle also can accomodate a wide range of deniersizes and counts of yarn.
