摘要
一氧化氮 (NO)作为一种信使参与炎症反应、免疫防护及血管舒张等多种生理功能调节 ,但对生殖亦有重要调节作用。而本文根据最新研究资料简述了 NO对动物妊娠、分娩、精子获能。
:Nitric oxide is now acknowledged as a messenger that mediates a number of physiological functions,including inflammatory reaction,immune defense,arterial vasodilation and so on.The role of NO in pregnancy,parturition,sperm capacitation,implantation and development of embryo,and the application in reproduction are reviewed on the basis of the latest research data.
